| The Micro H2 is a powerful diagnostic tool for measuring expired Hydrogen concentrations in ppm. From a single breath manoeuvre, measurements are instantly displayed on the large, easy to read liquid crystal display. For young children unable to comply with mouthpiece operation, a gas sampling system is available. This system collects alveolar gas in an impermeable bag for subsequent analysis by the Micro H2. Operating from a single 9v PP3 battery, the Micro H2 (Cat. No. MH04) is supplied complete with all accessories including Hydra software, calibration kit, face mask and sturdy carry case.
Features:
- Real-time interactive software
- Windows compatible
- Multi-patient testing
- Transportable to Works, Excel and WFS
- Automatic diagnosis available
- Built-in protocols
- Customisation of protocols
- Can be operated as a stand alone software without a Micro H2
Gas Sampling System
The gas sampling system is designed for young children unable to comply with a straight forward single breath manoeuvre. The bag is filled with expired air remotely by using a one-way valve and breath system and face mask. Once full, the bag is connected to the Micro H2 and the breath sample expelled manually.
Hydra software
Hydra is fully Windows compatible. Simply connect your Micro H2 to your PC with the supplied interface cable and run a real time test. You can select a commonly used H2 breath test protocol like Lactose intolerance, Intestinal transit time or Bacterial overgrowth from the database, enter the patient's details along with their symptoms, and Hydra will literally drive you through the test. Hydra will complete the test process by automatically editing a professional report. Used in conjunction with the Micro H2, it will help you manage real-time multi-patient H2 sessions, and diagnose the results. As well as the many built-in protocols, HYDRA will accept customised protocols entered by the user.
